If our products don't help you improve your skin within 60 days of daily use, we don't want your money.
We know that our solution is extremely effective. But we also know that it's not going to work for everyone and their mother. Also, due to the complex nature of some of our ingredients, we know some people get allergic reactions. If so, you can submit the guarantee before the 60-day period is over, if you have correctly claimed the guarantee.
Guarantee terms
We refund a maximum of 1 product per order/customer. Only first orders are eligible for return. Only new customers.
You must activate the guarantee by providing a before photo in a form sent you after placing the order before you get the products. Then we require a second photo on day 30, and the third on day 60.
You must have used the products daily as instructed, for a minimum of 60 consecutive days from the delivery date. You then have 30 days after completing the 60-day period to submit your claim.

Upload information and before & afters. You must submit your request within the 30 days following the 60-day period—submissions before or after this timeframe won’t be accepted.

A FULL REFUND
We will process your claim within 2-3 weeks. The money will be in your bank account within 10 business days after we approve your claim.
